Beth was in Aberdeen last weekend to deliver our PABSS training. We look at the child or young person as an individual, we take a holistic, non aversive, non punitive approach in meeting the needs of our children proactively and understanding that behaviour is a form of communication. We also promote the use of the communication passport which incorporates a bespoke positive behaviour support plan.
